Northanger Abbey by Val McDermid. Northanger Abbey written by Jane Austen, but reimagined by crime novelist Val McDermid, is the story of one ordinary girl in search of an extraordinary life. A brilliantly written modern version of a classic book.

The Battle of Slotterham Hall, AD 1929. This is a Kindle production of a novel by local author Chip Tolson. Chip has won many writing awards and is a member of the Yeovil Creative Writers’ group. His wit is unsurpassed and this will be a special read.
