Young Children's Story Competition Results 2018

Congratulations to the winner Cody Southern, with our two runners up being Imogen Teare and Edith Clarke. There were also seven Highly Commended stories. All 10 winners received Waterstones book tokens, with their winning stories being displayed in the children’s section of Yeovil Waterstones.

Damien Lewis

Damien Lewis is a best selling author we met at the Yeovil Literary festival. He was so good we invited him back! For decades he worked as a war and conflict reporter for the world’s major broadcasters. A dozen of his books have been made, or are being made, into TV drama series. Some have been adapted for screen and stage. A fascinating man and a compelling speaker. This should not be missed.
