Congratulations to the winner Cody Southern, with our two runners up being Imogen Teare and Edith Clarke. There were also seven Highly Commended stories. All 10 winners received Waterstones book tokens, with their winning stories being displayed in the children’s section of Yeovil Waterstones.

Our second Anthology of short-listed poetry and short stories from the 2012 and 2013 Yeovil Literary Prize will soon be available. If you want to see the standard that we enjoy every year, then it can be bought online using PayPal, or by post. All details will be available shortly. It will also be on sale at the Yeovil Literary Festival which starts on 6th November 2014 with a full literary programme and ends on the evening of Sunday 9th November 2014.
